Thank you Irrfan Khan !!

It is an ultimate loss in Film Industry as Irrfan Khan, the Indian-born actor who achieved huge success in both Bollywood and the west, has died aged 53. He had been admitted to the ICU of Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital on Tuesday after being diagnosed with colon infection. He had lost his mother in Jaipur three days ago but couldn’t travel from Mumbai due to the coronavirus lockdown, paid his last respects to his late mother through a video conferencing session.

Irrfan Khan was much loved actor with big fan following in Nepal as well. In 2010 with his wife, he had visited Nepal to attend the Kathmandu International Theatre Festival and had been to Pokhara to paraglide. In March 2018, he revealed he had been diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumor. After extensive treatment he recovered well was involved in a movie Angrezi Medium, the film which turned out to be his last.

 

 

There are many stars born but every star can’t be an Actor. Irrfan Khan was completely accomplished actor perfect in every subject. He was born in Jaipur, India in 1966. His father was a tyre seller. After failing to become a cricketer, he went to drama school to learn acting. He started his journey in cinema with 10 years of struggle in small screens and low-grade TV soap operas. He was once stumbled upon with frustration for same kind of roles and was about to quit the Industry.  But after the advice of his friend he returned to the industry and that was then he became an eternal part of Bollywood and later in Hollywood.

Acting was his six packs; he never needed to prove himself by his physics or good look. He was perfectly fit for every subject with diverse personality. Though he was considered to be a serious actor his comedy timing, dialogue delivery, laughter and performances brought a life to every character he had played.

Irrfan Khan is best known for his roles in flims like ‘Paan Singh Tomar’, ‘Angrezi Medium’, ‘Haider’, ‘Hindi Medium’, ‘Maqbool’ and ‘Lunch Box’. He was was also globally recognized for his performance in films like ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, ‘Inferno’ and ‘Life of Pi’, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ and ‘Jurassic World’.

The untimely demise of Irrfan Khan; beautiful soul has shocked entire Cinema world. He was more than just an Artist. It’s very difficult to believe the loss of a thoughtful man who found beauty in the world around him, even in pain. You were amazing, a complete package of Acting. Dear Irrfan, you will be badly missed.
